Registration is open from March 29th, 2025, to April 29th, 2025.

Please note that AFSE membership is a prerequisite for Congress registration.

Fees

Regular member : 250 €

PhD student : 200 €

AFSE Banquet (optionnal) : 60 €

Theater Play (optionnal) : 10 €

• Please indicate which social events you plan to attend: Cocktail Reception, AFSE Banquet, Farewell Reception, Theater Play. Additionally, thank you to mention any specific dietary requirements.

• If your membership is not up to date, the registration fees will automatically include a full price membership (please check your membership status before registering).
