CALL FOR PAPERS 9th Euro-Mediterranean Doctoral Meeting of the University of Toulon October, 17th and 18th 2019, Toulon, France The College of doctoral studies and the Doctoral school ED509 of the University of Toulon organize the ninth edition of the Euro-Mediterranean Doctoral Meeting which will be held on October, 17th and 18th 2019, at the University of Toulon, South of France. The aim is to offer an opportunity for young researchers to exchange ideas about their works and disseminate their content to a wider audience. TOPICS: PhD students and young researchers in Economics and Finance can submit their papers for the workshop “How could research in economic sciences fulfil social expectations and support policy makers?” organized by the Laboratory of Applied Economic Research in Development (LEAD). Submitted papers should focus on policy recommendations and recent issues within all major fields of research in Economics and Finance (Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Industrial economics, Network and transport economics, Public economics, Game theory, Agricultural economics, Econometrics, Labor economics, Economics of innovation and new technology, Sustainable development economics, Banking, Risk management, Corporate governance, …). Prospective participants should submit a 4-page abstract in English or French by e-mail no later than September 15, 2019 to: kamergi@univ-tln.fr , kelly.bonhomme@univ-tln.fr and van-huffel@univ-tln.fr. If the abstract is accepted, a completed paper will be due by September 23rd. FEES: Registration fees, transportation and accommodation costs of selected participants will be covered by the organizers up to one author per article.
